You’ll need two policies, I reckon. One for the MH and another for the car. You may well be able to do this with the same insurer.
Don’t forget to tell the MH insurer that you will be towing the car on an A-frame, and the car insurer that you have modified it from standard to be towed on an A-frame.
I'm sure other posters will have more detailed info and be able to suggest insurance companies.

Yes I’ll need two policies as most of the time I will be driving just the car.
I hear many companies won’t insure A frames0 -
also, be aware that A-framed vehicles are not allowed on most of continental europe....although some do it and live to tell the tale.
Spain is a bit hot and most of the long termers use a trailer and all the joys that come with that....

Why not ring the Club insurance and have a chat about it to see how the land lies? There seem to be thousands of motorhomes using A-Frames so they must be insured. It could be that whilst being towed it is the motorhome insurance that covers the car? A-Frames in legal terms are in a state of limbo because they are not Type Approved and that is why as BB pointed out they are not allowed in some countries. In the UK the authorities have decided to tolerate them rather than ban them or legislate for their use.

David rang Club insurance. Excellent service and great price for motorhome and car. Just seems a good idea to have both policies with the same company.
