Could have posted this in a number of areas, but thought this was the most appropriate.  Looking to book our main summer holiday and, browsing through the various site entries, whenever I tried to look at one, all I got was this page saying I am in a queue.  Never come across this before - anyone else experienced this - but what on earth is going on?

    It happens occasionally but usually on 'peak' booking days like on the first booking day in the month.

    Did you get through in the end?

    Just tried it as well, looking to book for March or April, but I'm told there are 310 in front of me frown, don't think I'll hang on though, although it did say I won't lose my place in the queue if I close the page.......very odd.

    Hi Everyone,

    The message stating you are in a queue normally appears on the first day of bookings being taken for our UK sites if there are too many members than the website can handle.

    Currently though we do have an issue making bookings for January 2021 which went live this morning. Our IS Team are currently working to solve the problem and it should all be fine by this afternoon.

    In the meantime, if the site is currently open the Wardens can make the booking for you if you call them direct.

    So instead of having 1 Booking Frenzy Day you get 12.smile So very CAMC.

    Just shows how popular some cc sites are, to need to encourage some members to queue on line to get a pitch,, its like some music venues that sell out in minutes as soon as booking opensurprised

    Tonight I am unable to get pitch prices for this year, have they decided not to charge, is it a freebe year. smile

    Thank you, have seen another post regarding lack of prices, so it seems there a problem.

    Haven't been on here due to internet and  problems and crafting hobby taking up my time.
