Just starting to look at booking sites/cl's for this year and I realise I have no handbook. My membership is paid.

Anybody else have this problem

Harry request another from head office as a new book is not out until next year 2021/2.

I think only if you request it.

The only supplement that can be obtained will be the 2020 pitch prices a call to EGG will be required as with most companies these days every member is expected to be on line, the next handbook should be for 2021/22 probably issued at end of this year or early nextsurprised

You can get a replacement here https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/club-shop/all-products/ £8.99 though!!! You can also order the supplement which is free.

Or you can order it online, which I've done; follow DK's link in the post above and it's there.

And it's free, with free postage.

Thanks for that David. Will order the supplement as it's nice to have something in the van to refer to.

Also noted than you can order the ACSI book too.

My copy arrived yesterday. However I've noted a few errors in it already....surprised

    Market Rasen...Dates missing - 12 & 13 April, and 1 to 10 May.

    Meathop Fell....Dates missing - 2 Nov to 17 Dec

    Wirral CP....Dates missing - 28 Sept to 8 Oct

    Bridlington...Date missing - 28 Sept

Cayton Village - Dupicated dates - Mid season 01 Jun - 21 Jul                                                                     Peak season 26 Jun - 03 Sept

There are also some strange price rises over the pricing periods....Kinlochewe for an example!

As if it ever is with the CC, Harry!! Not yet checked to see if the published prices correspond with those on line.

Mine arrived on Wednesday; I haven't checked each site, but did notice the missing dates for Meathop.

What happened to checking details before sending to the printers?

Has it cost you anything? ,it just  proves that by having "errors" some at least,  seem to have read the "entire ?"publication, surprised

Worth having, Harry. It will give you something to do to while away idle minutes searching for other errors.wink

    Well a reply as promised.

A package arrived in a brown hand written envelope. I opened it thinking wow! this didn't take long.

    I was wrong

Inside was a booklet headed "The great savings guide". Some clerk had obviously sent the wrong brochure so I'm still no further forward.

Just re applied.  I have received a confirmation email acknowledging my request. Will they get it right? Let's hope so
