    Absolutely. We agree, MT. 

    I was attempting to explain that changing a booking to another site is not amending a booking.

    Surely that means it is a fair system, in that everyone who try's has an equal chance. I suppose they could make it even more fair by varying the mini frenzy day between week day and weekend. However, what other system do you suggest, a lottery as with the seasonals. Might work for fixed periods but can't see it working for variable length holidays, the system just wouldn't cope.

    That is a very good idea trying the call centre. Don’t see why they can’t cancel and book one at the same time.

    I couldn’t agree more. It’s just hard to swallow when your internet is slow and the person with the fast internet gets there before you.

    You can have the fastest connection in the world but as the C&MC seems to have the slowest it all evens outsmile
