And a space before too for some reason.
All good funnystuff and we all make mistakes and I don't mind when it's aimed at me but to repeatedly pick on a fellow poster whose English may not be his/her first language or makes many mistakes due to whatever reason is simply bullying?
I'm not talking about me btw.

play the man not the ball eh? OK

But even if you had the time, would that be possible in a lay by? It looks as though the caravan opens out at right angles to the towbar so unless you had a very large and wide lay by, or off the road somewhere it would be difficult and/or dangerous to do?

Oh the irony.......how many thousands of outfit owners pay a fortune and never use their bathroom in a conventional van😁 And then there are those that stop off at services and prefer to get fleeced for tasteless food, than step into their own van😂😂😂
Its aimed at a much less sober and conventional market than your average Club member, that’s its unique selling point. That and occupying a small storage footprint.

I can see I shall have to explain life away from Club land............travel light, very light........, move on as the fancy takes you..........seek out the off the beaten track........don’t tie yourself to a bollard for weeks on end.........make do without gravel, and tarmac, and little service roads.......take your outfit with you for the day..........find a forest, find a beach.........forget the bus pass...........😁

General observation AD, but applicable to thousands who do.🤔😂

I suppose I could just step out of my seat, walk 2 metres and use the van toilet, might do if it was raining. However, part of the reason for stopping was to stretch legs, get a breath of air. I suppose I could just wander round the car park, but I might as well walk to the facilities.😂

We stop off, walk the dog, have a pee, and a meal.........not a motorway in sight!😁

Using your own facilities means you don’t have to get out and paddle through puddles of diesel and various bodily fluids, Steve. 😣😄

For the sake of future proofing, I hope your nirvana includes an electric vehicle charging point.

Unless they say I can't or they are overcrowded I have been using the car parks since we had a MH. Totally agree re the HGV areas. Also of concern is the amount of debris that could puncture tyres.☹️
Apologies for off topic.
Although I suppose this mini caravan would be small enough to take into the car parks, so a plus there.

We could possibly get away with it with this van but I’d not want to add to car park congestion by using 2 or 4 spaces😕.
The telescopic van on tow would also need a minimum of 2 spaces.
Apologies, Oneputt.

(apologies Oneput)
In this year, of the 'different' type caravans I've seen two Swift Basecamp caravans, and one Tab. I wonder how long it will be before we see one of these?
Regarding pitching, I would think it would have to go with the longest side down the pitch (ie as other 'normal' caravans) to maintain the 6m minimum spacing between adjacent walls of a caravan/MH?
I suppose that means the towbar will stick out into the 'awning' or car side midway?
Do these caravans have awning?

Many thanks for your post. I have spoken to our site operations team and we would allow BeauEr 3X Compact Extendable Caravan on our sites. They would need to be reversed in against the peg and then extended forward or if the member is really skilled, parked at the end of the pitch and extended to be on the peg.
Our sites network will be advised of this at the beginning of season.
I hope this helps.

You'll have to spin it through ninety degrees methinks.
