Hi I'm after some help, our caravan has just been in for its 4th service and they've reported 35% damp in the rear offside corner behind the toilet. The toilets been used a max 4 times as we usually use the facilities on site. When it had it's 3rd service I had already drained the system for winter and stupidly never checked when I picked it up to make sure the dealer had as it had been there previously and it's part of there checks. Fast forward to May when we managed a week away in the van, connected the water and realised the system was full. We haven't managed many nights away this year, but noticed the pump keeps kicking in every so often. Now wondering if the damp issue could be caused by a leak from the system being left full of water all winter. Any advice appreciated

It could be a leak in the system but then will your dealer admit they left the water system full after the service? our always leaves a note advising the systems both water and toilet are drained and the drain valve  open

You have a min 6year water ingress warranty so get the dealer to put in a claim

Ps do you mean you have a Pegasus Brindisi?
