Spongy floor

Hi again.

I have been doing up a 2000 coachman Amara that I got reasonably cheap. It had lots of things needing done which in the main I have completed.

I have one last question before securing for winter.

The van had a spongy bit in the living quarter which I lifted the flooring to access the ply, I drilled the holes as per instruction and injected the one shot delam, worked a treat.

However the bathroom area has a spongy bit and requires the same.

Can this delam glue be used in UK subzero temperature does anybody know as there is nothing on the bottle to state any optimum temperature.

Anyone any knowledge on this or should I just wait till spring as it's not a difficult thing to do.

Thanks

I can’t answer your actual question but perhaps go onto the website of the Delam glue and see if you can get an answer from there, alternatively you could telephone them

You need to warm the adhesive if the ambient is below about 17 degrees (otherwise hard to inject and will not go clear when mixing). You would prbably be better of leaving until late spring when adhesive will go "off" in a reasonable time.

Thanks two good points. Will wait till spring not going any where till then and this is a very easy fix that is done in a day.
