Aquaroll & wastemaster caps
I struggle to open and close the caps on our aquaroll & wastemaster, even when I wear gripper gloves. This is due to my hands getting old and not as strong as they used to be. Does anyone know of a tool that would help?

There are various jar and bottle openers, so you could try google something like
jar and bottle openers for arthritis hands uk
but I'm not sure they have anything large enough although this one seems big enough, and cheap enough if it doesn't work see here.
Some workarounds, don't screw them up too tight? (sorry if that sounds daft) or use a service pitch? Also ask someone to help? I'd certainly not mind being asked.
Maybe someone will post a more helpful reply.

Something like this might work.....
Google oil filter removal tool

Good find K, hope you don't mind I made it into a link?

Just place the cursor at the end of the link and hit the return key.

I think these would be better. no threading of rubber straps. I have rheumatoid arthritis and find them easiest to use on many different caps and taps.

Many thanks for all your replies. We do have a tool at home to open jars ect, similar to the one Cornersteady suggested for arthritis hands. I do have a pair of pliers somewhere which are like the one suggested by lornalou1, and the Strap Wrench looks interesting. Thanks again to all.
