Awnings

I’ve just purchased a Bailey Unicorn Cadiz IV. My Vango Braemar 280 awning is just a bit short for it and fouls the bedroom window so I need a replacement. Ideally a 300 would suit but it looks like that would also be a bit tight. Does anyone have this van and uses a 300 awning? Otherwise I’ll need a 390 which seems to be the next size up. Any advice?

Why go for a Vango if they only do size's that's not suitable. other make's do 330 and 360 sizes.

is the awning being half way on a window that much of a problem? Is it the seal with the van? You can get Kampa's limpet system to help with that?

I may get a Kampa if it fits. I’m keen to get the best fit as I don’t want it halfway over the window

Thanks I’m hoping to keep the length to the minimum as we don’t need a massive awning. Air awnings are heavy 😊

    OK, thanks for the reply.

I've found that looking at other vans like your own with different types of awning on a site useful.
