Thetford Aspire 2 Cooker

The electronic ignition on my 3 year old Lunar has stopped working.

I've removed the front cover only to reveal that the backplate is held by rivets which is not a problem but I can only see the rear of the spark button, no control module?

Has anyone else had issues with these cookers ?

    We had a problem with a thermocouple for one of the top rings. It had to be repaired by my service engineer and that meant the whole of the cooker had to be removed as many, if not all, of the pipe and electrical connections are at the back. An £85.00 job to replace a £10 part.

    We have a 2015 Swift Challenger SE with a Thetford Aspire 2 cooker.  Last summer I found the grill had dropped down.  Not wanting to mess around with anything containing gas, I contacted our dealer, and took it to them to get it looked at on our return home.  It turned out that the grill burner just needed screwing back up at the front, but the dealer was ready to replace the entire cooker under warranty should it have been necessary.
