Hope this is the correct place to post this issue. Just looking to buy a 2017 Sprite fixed bed van and noticed a screw in the floor just in front of the cooker. Is this normal, or an attempt to fix a delamination issue? :) Screw is seated in a cup washer. See attached photo. Thanks for any advice.

Are you sure it’s not a press stud fastening for holding the carpet in place?

we have a sprite and there are no screws like that anywhere on the floor but it could have been added to secure a carpet as TW says. Are there any on the carpets to match it?

Found the answer elsewhere. As Tinwheeler and Cornersteady summised it's a carpet retainer stud. Stops the carpet slipping while your cooking. Screw is supposed to be fitted by dealer, but some don't. Thanks all.

We have a Swift Challenger that has a metal stud in the carpet in the same position (as someone else has said), but not in the corresponding site on the caravan floor.  Have often wondered why it’s there 🤔
