Of course there are times when you don't want the caravan perfectly level.smile Ain't that the beauty of our hobby?

For those of us who like a perfectly drained shower whose plug hole is situated on one of the side walls then we need a slight tilt. The perfection in this job is to realise just how slight is slight. Never a dull moment in setting up.

When using ramps, is it forwards onto ramps. I heard reversing onto ramps is a no no

Why would it be a no-no?  Just do whatever suits the lie of the land ,

Will your caravan reverse uphill? Yes, it will. Will it stop afterwards? Yes it will. Having done it both ways for 45 odd years, I’ve not encountered a problem.

Use a wheel chock on the ramp whether reversing or going forward for safety’s sake.

    Hello

For our SA caravan we used a leveling ramp and spirit level.

For our new TA caravan a Lock'n'Level - brilliant bit of kit.
