On a lovely site, recently dumped by the caravan club. One wonders where this club is going, they should not be losing sites like this. The people who use this site will continue to use it,the rest of the membership Tough, it will now remain another secret escape venue to them that know.

    If the site/cl had been as the says "dumped"by the club then it would probably be for very good reasons that would be detrimental to the membership,it which case very few would be bothered or want to stay there unless they were desperate for a pitchundecided

    You are jumping to conclusion it is a CL JVB. Much Wenlock? Houghton Mill? There are a few others as well, although not as recent.

Please be assured the Club does its utmost to ensure we have a wide variety of sites available to our members from quiet CL sites, to larger Club Sites with full facilities and we hope there are sites on our network for all members to enjoy as we fully appreciate everyone likes to holiday their own way. 

    A CL Site might close for many reasons. For example, they may not have abided by the CL rules or they may have decided to go commercial in which case we wish them the very best of luck in their new venture. 

    Please be assured we are doing our best to support our wonderful network of sites across the UK.
