I can't praise Powertouch/Truma UK enough for some excellent service. New handset for motor mover ordered monday night delivered first thing this morning with instructions on how to program it in, 5 minutes and all back up and running better than ever.

    can almost black cat this, was in southern Spain early in year when a leg of my Kampa 390 air awning punctured, called Kampa on the Thursday PM, new leg was delivered on the following Tuesday, fitted and awning back up Tuesday evening.

    Agree - we had a Kampa awning - just a few months old - when, at the start of a two week holiday in Devon - it wouldn't inflate properly.  Went through all the usual checks with the supplying dealer - and then with the N England Kampa Rep - couldn't sort it. This was at 3pm on our first day. By 8.30 the following morning, a new awning had been delivered to our campsite - free of charge.Couldn't ask for moresmile

    Have had a similar experience with Powrtouch.
