Hi All

After a 10 year break from Caravans I have decided to buy another and am looking at the Buccaneer Aruba

Just wondering if anyone had any experience/advice on these models

    It is a badge engineered Eldiss. Personally I would avoid until you are sure of their build quality, as they have come clear bottom of the Practical Caravan/C&CC annual customer service surveys over the last six years.

    We bought our caravan from a dealer who also sell their caravans and was told they had improved under the new management, but I have yet to see evidence.

    That’s a shame there have been issues as they really do look like a premium van, I love the self levelling, alde heating, water tank and solar panels

    the layout is perfect for our requirements, they do the same layout in the eldis but does not have same spec.

    have you seasoned people got any other suggestions?

    Coachman caravans get the best reports of the British makes. Most foreign ones get good reports, but they are often very different and it is a question of if you like them and if there is anyone to look after it nearby if things go wrong.

    read reports of discos after mark 2 , on this forum as well . if you go for one ,hope youve got a big wallet
