We brought our last Lunar from a dealer in Sussex and made arrangements with local Norfolk dealers for warranty work which worked fairly well until both firms dumped Lunar as one of them, 3 years ago, said the writing was one the wall.  I think the main problem was the lack of support that Lunar gave their dealers in respect of delivery of spare parts.

Entirely  agree with you, that is exactly what happened when Swift bought  Autocruise out of Administration, NO Warranty cover honoured on ANY vans produced before they took over. Actually Autocruises were well put together until Swift took them over, And our Starburst was a good van, but their action soured my view of Swift, and I would never even consider buying one of their products..yes mud sticks.

I think that if anyone buys lunar then it will in name only.  They won't want the factory but are more likely to re-badge some of their existing models as Swift tend to do. That said, with Lunar's reputation, why bother!   I've got a 2014 Lunar Clubman.  I suppose that's another £2k+ I've lost on it c'est la vie  cry
