    So have you reported the review? If you have it will be a useful heads up to Rowena. There is no need for anyone to leave a comment, which is my point,  a report will be sufficient.

    Ah, but…… I’ve just reported a review as well and, although I thought it unfair to the wardens which was my reason for reporting, the reviewer also seemed unsure how the club works regarding allocation of pitches and a couple of other things. Therefore, I posted a comment in an effort to be helpful. On this occasion, I felt both a comment and a report to be appropriate.

    The club responded on the original review Nellie, asking the reviewer to register the complaint via a link for investigation and they would also consider the possible updating of the site description. Personally I  think the club offer professional responses without causing upset and it should be left to the club to respond to reviews.

    I have on very limited occasions put a reply on a review, I have previously said that elsewhere and I would be more than happy to see the facility removed. Some responses to reviews are now verging on harassment of reviewers. I will repeat my response that CAMC staff offer professional replies especially if complaints need further investigation. CL owners also need the facility. As said before the report facility already alerts  to possible problems.

    I was actually referring to a possible response concerning the Advertisement Post(s) that was(were) closed for no apparent reason,brue

    However I now see that it has been re-opened following a posting by Ro, so all well with the world once again.
