Got a call from Sue the warden at Banchory just after we left home this morning, heading for Banchory. The quick common route had a bridge out and she advised of an alternative

Yes, after having just read a review of another site where a warden was accused of being grumpy - no detail given - this makes pleasant reading.
Solo, I’ll report your post and ask that the warden's good customer service skills are brought to the attention of the appropriate people.

If you fill in the site surveys after your visit there is ample opportunity to record the level of service received. I appreciate you have only just got there but even adding the comments to a review will be seen by the Regional Manager, and probably by the wardens, who would be the immediate boss of the warden concerned.

Hi Solobay,
Thank you for taking the time to comment - I'll make sure your feedback gets to the sites teams. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Banchory, it's a beautiful area of the country.
To follow on from what DavidKlyne was saying - the reviews on the individual site pages are also a great way to feedback on your site stay, not just for the wardens and managers but also for anyone looking to book that site for their holidays. It'd be great to read about the service you received and also the site itself or things to do in the area that you'd recommend. I've just had a look at the reviews about our site in Banchory and they make for very pleasant reading
All the best,
Hannah
