A465 closure

For the attention of all members travelling to South West Wales (Pembrokeshire etc). If you intend to travel from the M5/M50 via the A40, A465 Heads of the Valleys road over this weekend 19th/21st July, please note the HoV road will be CLOSED from 8.00pm Friday 19th until 6.00am Monday 22nd for major roadworks. Best continue on A449 from Raglan to Newport then M4 westward.

    The main contractor (Costain) website is now reporting that this closure is not now happening. Nothing unusual, this happens all the time, it is such a nuisance. Also reporting that no more closures are planned for July.
