Cycle roof rack that lies flat

We saw a car roof rack for bikes on a Dutch car at a site in Germany. It folded down to the side of the car, the chap put two bikes on it then with very little effort it folded up onto the top of the car and laid flat. Foolishly we failed to note the make. We have searched on internet but can't find one. Does anyone know where these can be bought?

I have a similar item (in fact, two) which do not work quite as the one in the link provided by LL.  I bought these separately on eBay. Each has an upright arm which is spring loaded. This arm is hinged to swing down to side of car, and has ‘hooks’ on it to fasten to the handlebars and saddle of bike. The bike then hangs at a set distance from side of car, and can be raised, with a light touch, back on to be vertically upright on roof, with the spring mechanism taking the weight.

as they were bought secondhand, I’m not sure what make they are, but internet research suggests they may be Thule. But I can find no trace of them being on sale now.

Thank you - that is it. Now to find someone selling it!
