Aldi water containers

We recently bought one of the Aldi water containers as an addition to our Aquaroll. The filling aperture is a fair bit larger than the Aquaroll one, consequently the cowl on our whale connector doesn't cover the aperture. We've fashioned a polythene cover out of a carrier bag which does the job but it's not very pretty. 

Do any of you know if there is a whale connector which fits the aldi container?

    We also bought an Aldi/waterhog barrel great price £19.99 ,and the barrel it replaced also had a large opening which was to large for the pump cowel but it has not been a problem before so we will not worry for the future

    Not that I could find.

    The pump manufacturers don't seem to cater for the larger aperture containers.

    I bought a standard size spare and drilled a 35mm hole in the top and also in the waterhog larger top as well. I then glued the new spare upside down onto the larger lid to give a flange of the correct size to fit the pump cowl. Works a treat.
