Hi Keith,
I'm so pleased to see you have had some good advice from members. We also have some advice on our website about buying a motorhome and I hope this helps too. If you have any technical questions I'm sure other members will be able to help on Club Together and you can also email our technical team on technical@camc.com or call them 01342 336 611.
If you do want to try a motorhome out, we do offer try before you buy so you can see how you find it before you make a commitment to buying a motorhome.
I wish you all the best finding the right option for you and keep us updated on how you get on.

This is a recurring discussion in our house too. We know what we want in a layout and more or less ruled out a PCV. Coming from an 8.0m van with a fixed bed to a moho with a max length of 7m requires some significant compromises. We have enquired about hiring and will do so however when i was told the hire rates i repeated i was hiring not buying 😮

we have just changed last week.
finding it great, one point though is the new law on parking along the north wales coast... No motorhomes or caravans between 11pm and 8am.
that stretches from the front at Rhyl all the way through and beyond Llandudno.

As I said before, good on that Council. Having seen the mayhem caused at Exmouth, I don’t blame any Council for acting.
Anyway, that’s off topic and I won’t continue here.

That original story has disappeared for me. Too political?
