Took our Basecamp away twice recently. 1st time all entries fine except sockets not working. This time same again but also fridge not working. Even the USB charging points below one of the sockets was working. Have checked the obvious, has anyone experienced similar problems, if so how was it fixed, cheers, Tim

Are you talking on 12 or 240v. If it won’t work on one voltage does it work on the other.  I.e. If fridge doesn’t work on 240v does it work when hooked up to car?

Sockets are 240v. Looks like a novice schoolboy error! Spoke to my dealer's service dept. Turns out should have done a RCD test when hooked up.Suspect I hadn't hooked it up properley. Will bring van home  from storage today and check it out

If it's any consolation I have been caravanning for many years. On the last trip on one site during April we set up, all OK and then 240 volt power went off. I asked the warden to test the site outlet. That was fine. He asked if I wanted a mobile service chap. I said I would scratch my head a bit first. It turned out that I had not properly pushed the EHU cable connector into the caravan socket.

It turns out that was excactly my mistake. Tried yesterday and all was fine! Yet another lesson learnt, nothing better than trial and error!
