    Hi Ian, thanks for the reply. I perfectly understand your reasons and would not wish to ever be involved in this type of incident. Your site looks so lovely and I have a friend in Wem. One day I'm sure we will visit. Thank you for your reply.

    Thanks Gill,
    in the days before we imposed a 2-dog limit, the record here was 12 dogs in a single caravan - all perfectly behaved. 
    They were en route to a dog show and included a litter of puppies that the owner could not leave at home.

    Newton Grove has availability from today and during MAY (excluding Sat & Sun early Bank Holiday) if you would like to stay.

    You can now check availability and book on-line and you may even have the whole site to yourself mid week! from £7 per night for longer stays rising to £ 10.50 for just one night - includes 2 occupants, awning & pets, well behaved dogs welcome with no set times for arrival or departures.

    We are on the edge of the beautiful village of South Newington in North Oxfordshire (North Cotswolds) surrounded by open countryside. Just off the A361 halfway between the market towns of Chipping Norton and Banbury or 25 minutes from the M40. The site is ideal for trips into Warwickshire (5 miles), South Northamptonshire (6 miles), Gloucestershire (10 Miles) & Buckinghamshire (12 miles), Mileage "as the crow flies"

    Our CL is a private, secluded site surrounded by mature native trees, shrubs and hedges on all sides. The site including the wooded areas extends to 1.8 acres of which the maintained grassed pitching area is 0.8 acres, this allows spacious non-designated grass pitches together with 2 hardstanding areas.     Our  site is a “Off Grid” site (non EHU). For “non EHU virgins “there is free use of a 160w Solar Battery Charging Unit with 5a 240v outlets for things like charging tooth brushes, phones, computers etc, or a 80w freestanding solar panel. So gain your freedom and give us a try!

    Here at Hallsdown Farm CL due to a cancellation we have space available for the Early May bank holiday.

    We are an adults only site and we are unable to accommodate dogs.

    Set in the North Devon countryside just outside Exmoor National Park and we are six miles from the coast.

    Walking distance to Arlington Court National Trust property and a short stroll from Wistlandpound Reservoir.

    Our site offers serviced hard standing pitches (on pitch tap and grey water drain),  16amp EHU and a toilet. The pitches have stunning views of Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. £15 a night

    Goatfell Farm is located in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands, on the border of the Peak District National Park between the historic market towns of Leek and Ashbourne.


    The site boasts stunning views and is ideally placed to explore both Staffordshire and the Peak District with many local attractions, miles of stunning cycle trails, fantastic walking country and a wealth of pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets!


    Leek is a 5 minute drive away and hosts a Wednesday and Saturday market, and Ashbourne , Bakewell, Buxton and Uttoxeter are all within easy travelling distance.


    Locally, attractions include the Manifold Cycle and Walking Trail, the Churnet Valley steam railway and the wild and rugged Roaches.

    Elms Farm in the Cotswolds near Winchcombe and Cheltenham has availability for May. EHU and mains water to each pitch. All pitches south facing with uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.

    Lots to see and do in the area. Visit the GWSR Steam railway only 5 minutes drive from us.  Sudeley Castle and Hailes Abbey also close by. Take a trip to the Spa town of Cheltenham or perhaps the quintessential cotswold village of Broadway whilst en route to Snowshill ( where they filmed Bridget Jones) and the National Trust property of Snowshill Manor. Don't miss Broadway Tower and the war bunker.

    If you prefer walking we are just off the Cotswold Way and adjoin the Winchcombe Way.  Both are beautiful routes and there are many circular walks to enjoy .

    Of course, you can just sit and relax outside your van watching the steam train int the distance trundle by  or the lambs frolicking in the sunshine.  The choice is yours and we are here to help you enjoy every moment of your break.

    Hi, I am looking for a CL with availability from Saturday 25th May 2019 to Tuesday 28th May. I am looking for ideally beach within 5 miles by mountain bike and/or some walking/running or a country park. I don't mind a working farm - I keep Chickens myself. My outfit is a Skoda Yeti 4x4 and Bailey Discovery caravan, I do have an awning but I haven't attempted to put it up yet. This would be my first trip in the Van having purchased it at Easter. I am in Newcastle Staffordshire and would prefer Wirral, Lancs, Nth Wales, Shrops.

    Stephen, a quick search in the CL section has come up with 22 in Lancs, 36 in Gwynedd and 30 in Anglesey that are within 5 mils of the coast. You could just pick one or two that you like the look of and contact them yourself, as the rest of us do. Simpleswink

    Shaw Green Farm in Hertfordshire has late availability currently available and over the BH Weekend.

    This working farm is suitable for dogs and is a peaceful Adult Only site. With grass pitches and EHU from £13 a night it is surrounded by beautiful views and walks.

    Mill House CL located in Bridport is in a quiet hamlet which is fabulous for walking and bird watching. This site offers grass pitches as well as a hard standing pitch, EHUS, WC and dog walking from site.

    Coarse and trout fishing is within 1 mile and beaches a few miles away.

    Suitable for families and dogs this site has spaces available from £13.50.

    We have availability here at Windrush throughout the summer and autumn til end of October 2019.

    Windrush CL is 1/2 acre of lawn with pitches divided by shrubs and small trees.  Each pitch has access to electric hookup. Water and waste disposal are located within easy reach of the pitches.

    We are located just outside the historic market town of Wisbech in the Cambridgeshire Fens and within easy reach of the City of Peterborough, King's Lynn, Sandringham, the seaside town of Hunstanton and the North Norfolk Coast.

    Prices for this year 2019 are £11.00 per night including electricity. We don't charge extra for awnings.
