Sorry no, but there is lots of info on line - some of it official and some from punters who did it. They say the first step is to order an Import Pack from DVLA which gives guidance,  but I guess arrangements and costs will change when we leave the EU.

    Hi

Have done both ways now, just about to import my Motorhome into Spain where we live and the most important thing you need from any purchase as well as the usual documents is the

     Certificate of Conformity

This is supplied by the manufacturer in most cases but not all but you wont be able to continue without this, another thing to think about is import tax which varies but in Spain it is 16% of  30% of the cost/value of the Motorhome so quite high.

There are people who will do it all for you but there is a charge my guy in Spain charges e500

So long as the UK is still in the EU there is no import tax. However, when bringing the motorhome into the UK VAT may be payable. The most complicated process will probably be getting the VAT already paid abroad refunded. Everything else is explained quite well in the links referred to above. This may also help:

I would presume that 'importing' a MH is different to a caravan which we have done.

I did not consider it an import as it was made, and the appropriate taxes paid, within the EU but this was some 15 years ago and an exchange rate of over €1.5 to the £.

The difference between importing a caravan and a (new) motorhome from the EU is that caravans cannot be purchased abroad less VAT, but (new) motorhomes, being, quote, "motorised vehicles with a capacity of which exceeds 48 cubic centimetres or the power of which exceeds 7.2 kilowatts" (re: EU Directive 2006/112/EEC) are entitled to be sold exempt from VAT if intended for export.

Different rules apply if a used motorhome is imported.
