Hi,

Having looked at these vans, their layout and weight, we are now seriously considering buying one. So would appreciate any feed back or observations both good and bad from owners who may have one.

Thanks.

Hi. We have a 640 dealer special from Chipping Sodbury and are really pleased with it. Well worth the extra money for all the upgrades and got a starter pack thrown in and discount on a new awning. We mainly chose it from Sodbury as we liked the colour scheme and their choise of extras. The van itself is great. We like the idea of the rear island bed and central washroom. You can push the bed up in the day to get the extra room around the bed. A good sized van and very light which is good as our car has max tow weight of 1400kg. Bags of room up front, I'm 6'1" and can lie full length. Only have an issue with squealing brakes and waiting for this to be resolved.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Nice to hear you are pleased with your new 640, i think this wll be top of our hit list as well. It seems the brakes do have this squealing problem as I have read this on another review, not serious I understand, but annoying.

One point, I see you are located in Lincs. but the van came from C.S. as the brake problem is warranty work, does it have to go back to the dealer you purchased from? or any authorised Bailey dealer for the work to be carried out.

    Thanks
