The Mill House CL Lyndurst

Hi,

Anyone stopped at The Mill house cl in the New Forest, if so how easy/ far was it to walk into Lyndhurst. I have been reading reviews and people have said there is a safe woodland walk.

    Hi Lexi

    We stayed there a few years ago, at that time the owner told us that she was putting in hardstandings as it can get a bit wet underfoot. The woodland walk is excellent, just outside the gate. We had a 6 month old puppy and it was brilliant for him.

    The site is a little way out of Lyndhurst, depends on your walking ability. OS maps do show a path into town.

    We’ve just been there.  It’s a lovely site but there’s no way we would have attempted to walk into Lyndhurst.
