Kampa awning easy pull system

I am considering purchasing The Kampa  Awning easy pulley system. Has anyone tried them and are they useful. I have a Kampa  260 pro air awning.

    Just use a length of guy line cord threaded through the eyelet in the awning rail strip save yourself £20 plus

    I find the steel rod with hook at one end, and handle at other, very useful. A few £££ at most Kampa stockists.

    We also use the Kampa long steel hook on our 390 air pro also a spray of silicone into the awning rail makes life easier

    Like Pathfinder we just use a length of guy rope attached as he says and it works fine especially if you spray the track with silicone. Folding the awning in a series of 'S' folds immediately under the rail entry point will help feeding it into the track.
