    Yes been to White water park a few times (used to go to work from it as well) The site itself is great and while I can see it is not in a rural location for some you can be in the North Yorks moors very quickly indeed.

    Found watching the canoes good fun too!

    It closes at the beginning of November again this year, on the 4th.  The 3rd is the one night at the quoted 'from' price.......(as per the other threadwink)

    Pageantp, there are some sites on which the club has given a discount of 50% on the pitch fee on the days Monday to Thursday at some periods of the year.

    After many years of club membership, we have never been in the right place or at the right time to take advantage of any sites offering "membership specials". And the probability is that, if we did make the attempt, there would be no vacant pitches.  So we just go with the flow!
