Calor gas light bottles

I live in the Milton Keynes area. i have tried locally , towards Banbury , Oxford and even Lincoln but have been unable to locate these bottles. Yet when I phone Calor they tell me they are available. I know there was a problem with them some time ago but I thought it had been solved. Does anyone else feel the same as me , that the Club should be taking it up with Calor?

    I have found the best places for replacement Calor Lite are Club sites. In Milton Keynes you could try O'Dells at Stony Stratford. I was going to suggest Pollards in Bletchley but I see they have closed! Before the recall Go Outdoors used to sell them, not sure if they have them back in stock?

    Couldn't Calor have given you a local supplier. There website will have a list of dealers under a local postcode

    I agree with your thoughts on the club's part in this. This problem has been going on since a press release from Calor in August 2017 and we are no further forward.

    I changed one at Moreton-in-Marsh a couple of weeks ago ,and they said there was no problem getting them

    A Bell & co in Northampton had them when I phoned t'other day. It's in Kingsthorpe, and not too far from MK.
    I don't know if they supply unless you have one to swap, it's worth phoning and asking. They certainly weren't open to switching my steel spare to Lite.

    Thanks for the interest and info. O`Dells dont have any. phoned Calor who gave me two centres one of which had closed! The other hadnt had them for months, will now try Northampton etc.

    I got a gas lite at Troutbeck Head last week, they said they had three (now two I assume) in stock

     I've been told Calor are no longer supporting Calor Lite. It's not clear how long they'll continue to refill bottles. Their website says they've stopped on line sales and implies they're running down stocks.

    The last calor lite replacements I got were from Highbridge Caravans, ner Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset.  They seemed to have plenty available at the time...
