I managed to break the dome on my Heiki 2 roof light. Had it repaired immediately before contacting insurers as it would have been open to the elements. Contacted insurers, filled in claim for and posted on Friday 5th April. Cheque received on Wednesday 10th April. Excellent service.

    Some years ago i had an awning ripped apart in a storm at night on our first day while staying in Kent, i contacted club insurance the following morning,and had a replacement by  courier  the following daysurprised

    And so it should be an excellent service considering the considerable premium they charge over other companies.
