How old is your Coachman as we had a similar problem but quite a few years ago? The window delaminated rather than "fell off".

Your opening post isn't exactly overflowing with information.

Really? Then why did it appear right below my post? If you didn't mean it then why not correct it in the 10 minutes between your post and mine? Anybody else reading the posts wouldn't know who you were referring to.

It is one of the "tactics" that a couple who post before thinking tend to use when "floundering" for an excusewink

I thought it was just a bit of amateur moderation on your part, DD!

Maybe you should be a bit more thoughtful/less distracted in posting then? There were only 2 other posts before WN's. So come on, fess up, which were you referring to?

It might help salve the trouble brow of one who almost immediately "liked" your post! laughing

I have read of windows 'falling off' but not certain of 'van make or any other details. My recollection was that it was coachman but might well affect other makes?

Here is a thread from another forum in 2014. A google search will find more.

I've only just come across this thread which appears to have gone off in a different direction from the initial enquiry!

But yes I have a 2016 Coachman Laser and the bathroom window fell off at the weekend. They are only stuck on with adhesive.

Did you get yours fixed and did Coachman stump up for it?

I've contacted Coachman but because my van is 7 weeks out of warranty they will not help.

Reading other forums this appears to be a regular problem for Coachman. So much for their superior build quality!!!

Does anyone know what adhesive they use? I will need to buy a few tubes.

well i was interested in this post as i do have a Coachman Amara, but as per usual the OP has been highjacked by the usual band of key board warriors, probably none of whom have a coachman, but for the record I have not had a problem frown

I think that said 'keyboard warriors' were simply pointing out that more info was needed from the OP

On behalf of everyone who posted 4 months ago, I resent the name calling, Ruffs.

For the record, I had a Coachman once and it had window problems. There were two different issues but falling out wasn’t one of them.

Shock horror !!! sign of the times i guess, just checked mine and they  are screwed on 4 x screws, only problem i have had with windows are the struts, the screw part has gone quite brittle on some and broken, probably from sitting in the sun, simple and relatively cheap to replace

well i can only guess but there is a good chance that as JJ did not come back to address the issue, he saw all the off piste banter and gave up as many seem to do.

so if you felt the need to reply to the post it would have been quite easy for you to have made this statement way back in Aprilundecided

Maybe you are not thinking multiple  problems which it could entailwink

So the "warriors "you misunderstood which seems to happen quite often were asking ,for more info which most would needundecided
