I have a nearly new Isabela Magnum 250 Coal awning with carbon poles. Its great quality and perfect performance when pitched but more work to erect than an air awning. I would like to trade it in for a Kampa Air. I don't do EBay or internet sales. Does anyone know of a dealer who accepts trade ins against a new purchase.

Isabella awnings are highly desirable. I rarely do internet sales but I have sold a full awning (£30 for 24 hour carriage) and a porch awning using C&CC sales and Preloved

    Hi

I sold an awning to Highbridge caravans in Somerset, give them a try?

An ad in the club magazine will have throngs at your door, I would imagine, assuming it's at a sensible price. Cash is king when bargaining for your new one rather than trade-in.

We have sold awnings and other van accessories on Preloved as well. Sometimes it takes a while but sells in the end if you price realistically.

They have a "used" awning section on their web site shop, I expect other dealers have something similar. It just requires a web site search to find them and then the OP will be able to sell at a local dealership.

Glossop Caravans do trade ins on awnings.

Yorkshire Caravans at Bawtry definitely do.  I traded our Kampa 380 in for a new 390 Grande, last year.  However, I only got £150 for it but at least it wasn't cluttering up the garage waiting for me to 'get round to selling it' which is what I know would have happened.

Thanks for the helpful tips. I have now advertised  the awing on the Club site and if no success will try the dealers you have mentioned. Thanks again for the suggestions.
