E-go mover problems

Hi Folks, About 5 years ago, I had a E-go mover fitted by a Company called Autowfix I believe- they were advertising regularly in the CMHC mag but I can’t find one of their ads. The point is that on our last trip out, the nearside unit went onto the tyre as normal and I couldn’t  understand why the caravan refused to go in a straight line until I checked the other side and found that unit had not moved up to the tyre. Has anyone  had this problem where one unit moves and the other doesn’t? I tried the drill directly on the ‘faulty’ side and it still wouldn’t move. Any ideas?

Thanks sweetman- I have a feeling it might be something like that although the WD 40 isn’t a bad place to start I think. Thanks guys.
