As we will be traveling abroad this year we would like to take a spare set of bulbs and fuses withus for our elderly (2002) Ace Brightstar.  As neither DH or I are very technichal can someone tell me if we can buy a set of these that will cover most eventualities?  Or do we have to buy them individually. What do other caravaners do?

Thanks for the help

That sounds like a simple solution - thank you Dorset Driver.  I thought they might be specialized ones!

take one of the lens covers off and write down what each bulb has written on them. some have the brake light and side light in the same bulb and some are separate then any motor factors will stock what you need.

Halfords are ,in my opinion, far too expensive for this sort of item. You can save a lot of money by going to somewhere like The Range,or Wilko etc.

I agree that Halfords are stupidly expensive for this kind of thing, but going 'cheapo' can often be a step too far as they don't last. wink

As above for your bulbs. Fuses will probably be these but check & compare them with what are already fitted in your caravan as there is a smaller 'mini' version of them ... and buy them from your motorfactor when you buy the bulbs. 👍
