Fitting a new thermocouple

Has anyone fitted a replacement thermocouple to a Thetford cooker hob (S-CK13000) or is this a job solely for a service engineer?

  I have but at the time I was working for a caravan dealer!!!I seem to recall that the cooker had to be removed and partially dismantled so I would suggest that you allow an engineer to do the job!
