Alarm flashing red light in caravan?

hi 

the alarm in my Eldridge 550 is flashing a red light continuously, if I set it and unset it then clear using the three prong plug it stops for a short while then starts flashing again, any ideas out there.

    If you have not done so already, consult the user manual or try online to find one if you do not have one. Otherwise, contact the customer service and speak to a technician of the alarm manufacturer, they should have a suggestion. Mine played up a couple of years ago which resulted in a return to manufacturer and a bill fo £65.
