Vango airbeam spare parts mystery

We’ve recently bought a 2017 Vango Varkala 280 airbeam from eBay - second hand but in fab condition and we’re delighted with it.

The only problem is that the foam pads & poles to protect the van are missing and we’ve tried EVERYWHERE to source some spares.

Can anyone point us in the right direction?! Literally seems impossible to buy them separately.

    Have you contacted Vango directly?

They responded very quickly to queries that I had about my Varkala awning and sent me requested spares.

On my Varkala I did away with the pads and poles and used the Kampa Limpets. Much easier and less likely to cause any damage IMO.

I bought a Vango Kalari new in 1919. after two seasons occasional  use one of the Airbeams (AT004) burst. A replacement lasted 3 days, no more available from the supplier so I was given a refund. Since then I have been trying unsuccessfully to find a replacement. Vango says none available until September 2022. I have asked what can be done to resolve the problem but no reply. And they used to be so reliable, but no more it seems.
