Truma Ultraflow pump diameter
Hi
Does anyone know the diameter of a modern Truma Ultraflow submersible pump?
I have an oldish Aquaroll with a 39mm diameter inlet, but not sure whether this is sufficient for a modern pump.
We have not collected our new caravan yet so have nothing to measure.
Thanks.

50mm at its widest point.
I keep mine after cleaning / replacing pipe behind me in my room over winter, so just measured it.

Just a thought - does your new caravan have an external pump?

I'm in a village on the eastern side of Hull, it's yours if you are ever passing. It's a 30 litre one as in photo including handle.

Would the dealer "throw in " a new aquaroll to go with the new caravan?(Dealers buy accessories like aquarolls at a good discount so it would not really be costing them very much out of their profit on a new van.)

I've just replaced the Truma Ultraflow on our new Knaus Starclass with a Whale High Flow. The Whale has a much greater output, the pipe is flexible, unlike the Truma and it has a clip on the top to secure the pipe away from the ground when filling the Aquaroll - which the Truma doesn't have.
They're available as a one-for-one replacement (i.e. Whale pump with Truma plug fitting) from most caravan dealers.
