Glamping free Wednesday discount not working

Spent much of the afternoon trying to book a glamping lodge at Abbey wood site . There is an offer on at the mo , if you book 3 nights this and next month , you get  wednesday free and 10% off

Dont suppose anyone has had any luck with obtaining this discount have they ? 

Whenever we put our code in it says code not recognised, even borrowed my brothers caravan club code...that didn't work either. 

Phoned the usual caravan club number , lady i spoke to didnt know why it wouldnt work ? No help at all. 

Tried to phone Abbey wood direct ...no answer, just a machine . Tried to phone another helpline , but by this time it was 5:35 and they had closed.

Need to book for this wed but not getting anywhere ? 

Anyone else had any success ? Thanks

    Thanks ...yes i have tried the experience freedom site . We get all through the booking process....bob our code in and absolutely nothing comes off. It says code invalid ( and even my brothers that we tried) . We have read all the small print and we are deffo meeting the criteria for eligibility . Thanks though

    Mystery solved thanks everyone. Apparently if you are booking 5 nights or more you can only do it via telephone . Its not available on line . Only shorter breaks are . Not sure why , but they emailed me back this morning and said i had to phone a specific number and couldnt do it on line
