Esso Fuel card

  December 11th last year I received a text informing me that there would be a dalay as demand was quite high, I then received a text to tell me the back log had been cleared and I could expect my card within the next few days ,that was 18 days ago still no card . I sent Esso an email last week they replied the same day and said they would look into the matter and would get back to me    I am still waiting,Has any other member encountered this problem
