Hi, I am currently looking at this site for a summer break, I know it's advertised in the back of the club magazine but has anyone from the club stayed here, the reviews are good from other sources but fellow member thoughts would be nice, thanks.

great site, have stayed there mainly during the winter months when attending rugby tournaments in the area, all facilities top notch and very good pitches, i think some grass and some hard standing. Very central location  for Poole, Weymouth etc, but i believe it is very full during summer months, was very doggy friendly, no on site super market as such, but some very close to site, only down side maybe was some traffic noise but only back ground so not big problem.

I stayed there about 4 years ago and there were a lot of positives.  For us a couple of oldies we were on a terrible pitch right by the toilets and the playground.  More people used our pitch as short cut than use the M25.  Although there were empty pitches they wouldn’t allow us to move.

We stayed there recently. Very friendly people running the site. Very busy site. Handy for Poole. Good facilities. The main pitching area is along a very long spine road and the nearer to reception the more noisy it is with vehicles going by all the time. Prefer the layout of most Club sites. We stayed a few years back, lovely site.  Nice pitches, good toilet block.  Nice walk one way to local dog friendly pub, walk other way to nice café

We caught the bus from outside the site gates to Poole was an easy trip with good timetable

Would not hesitate to go back again
