Praise for first class service

like a fool I managed to mis-place ( wife insists I lost them and in the end I agreed. It’s easier) the spare keys for our alko wheel locks on our TA. 

I had registered our locks as soon as we had them. 

I rang Lowe and Fletcher on Monday, got through to a really helpful lady, who took me through security details etc, took payment from me and promised keys within 7 days. Keys arrived on Friday morning. 

Great service 

well done

    Nice to hear of good service. Do ensure you tell your wife the safe place you place them in. Any misplacement will be joint 😂😂

    Whilst the service is reasonable. I doubt you would be of that opinion if you had lost all keys and only found out when it was time to leave the site.

    I would hope they offer a next day couriered delivery if required.

    If our 'spare' keys go missing I will blame OH. She has a 'caravan key ring' with tow car key, caravan key, wheel lock key and alarm fob.

    When I bought replacement wheel lock keys I just kept quiet when I found them after I'd blamed SWMBO for loosing them .... 😶
