This is the title to a small article in MMM.  The article stated that a couple bought 23 motorhomes in 15 years from the same dealer.  No wonder the dealer was smiling.  I worked it out (didn't take too much) that on average each van lasted around 8 months.

It's not April yet...

Margaret has just pointed that out to me. I wonder if its a misprint? If you were buying a new motorhome each time you would virtually be ordering a new one as you were taking delivery of the previous one!!!

It probably meant to say "2, 3 and counting".

I think every time they entered the dealers showroom he must have thought, ' That's my next years holiday taken care of'.

I wonder who and why this article was put into MMM?

We have bought ever two caravans from the same dealer twice, but having had seven caravans and only the same make twice, it does mean we do tend to have to use different dealers.

Having said that at least two are no longer there so we cannot use them.
