Triky was correct in what he posted .It was on our local radio today.If you Google "Caravan batteries stolen in Kent " you can read the story.

    That should say " stolen in Canterbury".

    Police website asking for info.  regarding stolen batteries @ the C&CC site Canterbury.

    I liked KenofKent's post, but then the post was removed before my eyes, so I am left liking nothing.   Posts come, posts go, posts get closed, and I have to remember how to open the Hidden section again to see what they were. It's hard to keep up with the  frantic pace of change.

    so how does one open the hidden section?

    As you say it is annoying when posts disappear for no logical reason.

    As far as I am concerned I did not post anything that was against the terms and conditions, and it would seem I will not be afforded an explanation as to why my post was removed.

    The original was Deleted User because what was posted made no sense as the link did not lead to anything caravan related and there was insufficient explanation! No one is trying to stop people posting useful information. May I suggest that if you post a link (using the link button in the posting box) that you check to make sure it leads where you think it does but also don't rely just on the link for information, add a little more in your post. That would help us a lot and would mean that things are not Deleted User.

    I'm intrigued to read about 'the Hidden Section'.  It would be interesting to be able to find this apparently useful part of the forum.  Anyone willing to share how to do it?

    KofK, as I see it, you breached the rules by discussing moderation.

    There seems to be an anomaly where hidden posts can sometimes be seen in Google but not always and although I mentioned it elsewhere I decided not to give any links.
