Anyone else found the club shop lacking?.I general,i find online shopping easy. Not so the club shop.Orders seem to take ages and marked as 'in progress',with no updates, delivery estimates or notification of stock availability. In short,it seems like no one is running it.

And very limited stock when compared with the Prima site and most others on the web.

As I understand it Prime is the Leisure arm of the Bailey Spares shop. When I have needed bits for my motorhome they have come pretty quickly so no complaints from me. The staff at Bailey spares have also been very helpful.

Looks to me purely as if Prima have done a deal with CC in order to for Prima to increase their sales. Hardly a 'Club' shop just because it sells 5 'club products' which are basically tee-shirts and caps with the club logo. It is a Prima shop

I have a Bailey Ranger 540/6, which my family has purchased. Since it is my first caravan I wasn't aware, but it didn't come with a service handbook (it did have the Owners manual). Well enquired and £30 for a new service handbook.

Also looked at getting an aerial blanking plate and again £8+ more than I can get elsewhere.

Very expensive and even with the discount still cheaper elsewhere.

I am awaiting an order from them at the moment that I was initially told would be delivered in 6 working days, now been told will be 12 working days.

The item I ordered was at a very good price, but not much use if they haven't got the stock to back up the orders.

The internal door handles on my 10 year old Bailey are now failing one after another. I have tried to get a replacement in a different style through this shop/parts supplier but they keep insisting I send a photograph of what I want when I ask what handles they have with the same mounting centres.

It was so easy at B&Q I now have their handles instead.
