Wow! What an opening sequence and the drama just kept unfolding! Gripping stuff - shame about the adverts so I shall record the next instalment and whizz through them

Has the makings of a cracking thriller , something to carry on enjoying when bodyguard finishes in a couple of weeks . I don't know my wife after 20+years what chance has he got after 3 ?😀😀.

And now her body has disappeared, the step-daughter involved, the "other" husband abusing his ex powers, 'bent' coppers doctoring voice messages - gripping stuff!

And did the hotel manager top himself,or was he " helped",throw in a couple of dodgy passports and you've got yourself one cracking thriller.

The opening last night woke my senses with a bang!

Intriguing to say the least and now the daughter can buy as much beer as she wants!

Twists and turns, lies and deceit and Mr Simm will require some paracetamol!!

I worry that I am getting bored with it. There seems no obvious direction to keep you tied into it. I will probably keep watching but Bodyguard it ain't!!!!!

Have to agree with you David, especially after last night's episode. Talk about going round the houses! Lost my interest now too.

I seem to have become addicted to it ,heaven  knows why I've completely lost the plot .(no sniggering at the back ) . Hoping the last 3 episodes can bring it round.

I wonder if the disgraced policeman is undercover? Not quite sure what the Consulate staff are up to either. In most series you are able to find a thread running through which may take you to the end and that seems to be missing. Unless of course it is all part of the chaos that is Hong Kong?

Well, we've stuck with it (only because there's nothing better which takes our fancy) and have to agree, the penultimate episode was a bit better.

After a bright start I feel the whole story could have been condensed and I'm only giving it 6/10

I find there are quite a few series like that where 8 episodes could have been condensed to 6 and probably made the series more exciting! We have been watching Killing Eve and I feel that perhaps could have been reduced in the number of episodes. The reverse of that is something like Line of Duty or The Bridge when more episodes would have added to the enjoyment.

I gave up on Strangers after about two and a half episodes.

The series ended last night. Whilst it cleared up all the loose ends I think it was a bit unexciting?

Agree David. It was rather like a cheap firework, which, when lit, rather than exploding with an almighty boom and lighting up the entire sky, instead just goes pffffftt.
