Creaks, Squeaks, and Rattles

Hi Tinwheeler, it's not just the rattles. Experiencing poor workmanship in so many other areas. Feel we bought the Friday build. The dealer also has a 2 month wait for repair/warranty work and of course other dealers will only work on vehicles they have sold. I find this beyond infuriating and wonder if Trading Standards would be interested in looking into this as far as warranties are concerned. The industry infrastructure can't seem to cope with the level of sales in the last 12 months. Sorry for sounding so negative but after spending tens of thousands I'm feeling pretty sore.

If it’s really that intolerable, I’d be considering rejecting the van Clyde/Jac. It’s a fairly common tale but the first instance I’ve heard admitted of such problems with a foreign built van.

That’s a turn up for the books as it never used to be possible.
Sorry about your dog. Been there🙁

We weren't at all impressed by Murvi, to be honest, and thought their built quality a bit shoddy. They were also very limited in their layout options only offering the standard offside seat/bed with a few kitchen variables. Not for me, I’m afraid, but we all have different requirements.

30 years caravanning then switched to a motorhome. Couldn’t believe the noise! Yes, it’s possible to gradually eliminate several of the problems but that makes life too difficult. In the end we use motorways and Autoroutes and just live with the noise on minor roads.

When flying in a light aircraft it is customary to wear a headset so that one can converse with the pilot, perhaps the same could apply in the average motorhome?
