Is there a caravan with a 6 foot lounge bed?
I have been on the market for a year or so now for a 6 berth fixed bed caravan. We have a 4 berth Bailey Ranger at the moment and are outgrowing it.
I fancy a fixed double bed so started looking for something with the side dinette bunk arrangement. However, in the last year my son has grown the best part of a foot in height and is now complaining that the bottom bunk is not big enough. His little sister is still perfectly happy in the top bunk!
So now I'm thinking that he's going to have to sleep in the lounge single bed and the little one could have the other side but everything I look at seems to have 5 foot long benches.
Can anyone advise a model with fixed double bed and decent sized dinette or fixed beds?

I was looking for one a few years ago with no luck and I don't think any of the UK manufacturers have produced one since. We had the added difficulty of needing a fixed bed that was 2m long or didn't have huge cutouts so OH could fit in. No joy
The only layout that would have worked for us was an Adria which had two long lounge beds and a rear dinette that we would have converted to a fixed double with a mattress
In the end we went for a two berth and an awning annex

If you can cope with the meager load margin, similar margin to most other manufacturers to be fair.
I think issues with earlier models axles and leaks should be put to bed by now.

. why not get an awning as much cheaper and may not be required when he's off on his own.
