Trigano Adriatic 2015 Awning help

Hi all, first outing next weekend, so I took the awning out today to try and put it together and noticed two things.

1 - no groundsheet, so I need to order one...any ideas on the best place?

2 - no instructions....does anyone have any advice where I can get from? Searching the net at present.

Finally, should my stabiliser be stored in the down flat position as I can't get it down without the car attached? Is it a problem or is that the normal?

    Up or down doesn't matter. If it won't go down, it sounds as if there is a problem.
